Teamspeak2 seems to be the best voice app out right now for general use. I like GV but some machines just wont run with it. I have used Bcomm but I think TS2 just outclasses it by far. I should have qualified it I guess. One Problem is the TS2 unix code seems to have bugs and doesnt run as stable as the windows xp code.

It is important that new players begin to learn the importance of voice comms. I don't engage in any teamwork effort such as fluxing or PvP without them anymore because I hate the lack of communications during such complicated opperations.

Voice comms simply make these efforts much more fun.

TS2 is quite nice, but still has issues. TS1 is a very mature voice comms program that is rather easoier to get working (afaik) in a useable setup. With time, I have no doubt that TS2 will outstrip all it's rivals.

I can't even get my mic to work. Have to make that a project soon.

I have a gamevoice, so prefer it.

I picked TS2 'cos I have it and I've used it... although I've had better results with TS1. I had voice coms fine in both directions, talking to Pyrodaphon and Rollio - of all people - on the EOR TS1 server, but only got 1 way comms (they could hear MY funny accent just fine) on the ACME TS2 server while out helping Radar one night.

Cheers
