- Signal amp II now requires lvl5 electronic upgrades.

There's also ALOT of scattering going on with bookmarks. Pre-exodus you would warp to exactly your bm point...post-exodus saw a 1km scatter random...now, after this patch, it's a whopping 2km scatter.
