Back in the mists of beta, before the days of live inventory.txt feeds (no, no, not yesterday ), I wrote a little utility that manipulated the game's static economy data. The widget featured general item information, production based transport links between stations, usage of items, production and demand by station, dependencies flowcharter, cycle timer, and cargo mission mini-game. The widget was aimed at production related trading, rather than BPC.

I stopped trying to accommodate the US server last year, when I realised how far the server had drifted from the JOSSH economy the widget was based on. Since then a few people have asked me to reconsider.

I'm told the US server has now returned to a JOSSH based economy, which means that a JOSSH based widget should be appropriate to this server. Some of the things I've done for the EU versions, such as the addition of non-station buildings, I can't do here, because I cannot keep them up to date. The current version includes all the EP2 related information I can find, although a few of the new items are still missing. There are a few other production related utilities now appearing, but this might still be useful.
